Project: Historic Roswell Square Renovation
The historic Roswell Funeral Home has been renovated and transformed into a beautiful 15,000 sq foot multi tenant commercial property. Much of the original design was preserved, seamless enhancements have been made, including major floor plan changes, structural modifications, such as cutting a stairway through three stories, adding 3000 sq ft through roof modification’s and the addition of 9 Gables. This building has been completely retrofitted. The 1st tenant build out is a décor company the space is accented by lofty arches and restored hard wood floors. The second tenant will be a Salon and next will be a restaurant and offices following soon after.
