Brick Addition
Here we added an additional 500 square feet to the rear of this
home, enlarging the master bedroom and the living room. A dual
sided chimney was built in and the roof line was extended by 20 feet.
The brick, hardwood floors, and roof shingles were matched to the
existing materials and appear seamless. A trey ceiling was added
to the master bedroom.

Cedar Pool House
Here we built a two story pool cedar pool house. The warm
color of the cedar make this a striking presence next to the pool.
Features inside include a wet bar & kitchen, custom cabinetry, sturdy tile floors,
and a storage and utility room below.

Renovation and
modernization This home was upgraded and renovated. The
former 3br/2ba home is now a 4br/3ba home with marble counters, slate
tile, and hardwood floors. The new cedar siding, sturdy decks and flat rock
construction combine to create a striking curbside appeal.

Beauty Salon
We created a unique, upscale beauty salon with beautiful hardwood
floors. Customized construction throughout allowed the owner to
create the salon she had envisioned.

Roswell Square Renovation
The historic
Roswell Funeral Home was transformed into a beautiful 15,000 sq
foot multi-tenant commercial property. Original design elements
were preserved thru our seamless enhancements, including: major
floor plan changes, structural modifications, such as adding a
stairway for three stories, adding 3000 sq ft through roof
modification’s with the addition of nine gables. This
building has been completely retrofitted.
